We have an exciting opportunity in the Health Economics and Decision Science (HEDS) section in the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) to join the team, with at least one position (either Grade 7 (Research Associate) or Grade 8 (Research Fellow)).

You would mainly be working on research projects for three large programmes of work: ScHARR Technology Assessment Group (ScHARR-TAG), the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Decision Support Unit (DSU) and the Economic Evaluation Policy Research Unit (EEPRU). These programmes offer opportunities to conduct health economic modelling spanning a very wide variety of applications and include opportunities for both applied and methods development research.

You should have research experience in health economics, statistical analysis and decision modelling, as well as a Masters degree in a closely related subject, or equivalent experience. A track record of publication in peer-reviewed journals is essential at grade 8.
